Wentworth is a small town on the southwest border of New South Wales, close to the Victorian border, at the junction of two of Australia's most important rivers, (Murray River) and (Darling River), with a permanent population of about 1300.
Wentworth has been named as William Charles Wentworth (William Charles Wentworth), a famous explorer and statesman, a small town rich in Australian hinterland and an important inland tourist destination. And because Wentworth is the nearest town to the famous Perry Dune (Perry Sandhills) (about 20 kilometers by car), it attracts a lot of tourists from Australia and overseas every year.
