Ouyen is a small town in northwest Victoria, about 440km from Victoria's capital, Melbourne.
Located at the junction of Calder highway (Calder Hwy) and Mali highway (Mallee Hwy), Ouyen is an important commercial center and transit point in the region, and is also an important agricultural town in Victoria.
Founded in 1906 as a town based on the Ouyen railway station (Ouyen railway station) on the Mildeira line at (Mildura Line), Ouyen is home to Australia's largest eucalyptus in the heart of Ouyen. You can buy exquisite local handicrafts at the local shopping center. In the vicinity of Ouyen, there are also a lot of fun places, Hatta Lake (Lake Hattah), Lake Terrell (Lake Tyrrell) and so on are worth a visit.
