Gisborne is a small town in the range (Macedon Ranges) region of Macedonia in southern Victoria, about 55 kilometers from Melbourne, the capital of Victoria.

The Macedonian Regional Park (Macedon Regional Park), about 18 kilometers north-north of the town, has a wide variety of natural and cultural features. The park is symbolized by a 21-meter-high giant cross on Mount Macedonian (Mount Macedon) at an altitude of 615m.
