Cervantes is a coastal town about 200km north of Perth, with a permanent population of about 500. Cervantes is the entrance to the northern portal of (Nambung National Park), the southern state national park, only about 20 kilometers from the famous spikestone (The Pinnacles).
With pure white beaches, islands and reefs, Cervantes is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating and fishing. At the same time, the Australian lobster produced here is very famous, many Australian lobsters exported to China come from this area, so Cervantes also has the nickname "lobster town".
