According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, 21-year-old (Milad Atai), a 21-year-old man suspected of having been involved in the 2015 attack on the (Parramatta) police headquarters in Balamar, has been given a sentencing hearing. In his own letter to court, he claimed to be "excited" by what he had done and called the "remorse declaration" nonsense. "

In October 2015, Zheng Shuji, a Chinese-American accountant for the new state police, was killed when he left Bharama`s police headquarters at the age of 58. The 15-year-old Jabbar (Farhad Jabar), who shot Zheng Shuji, was shot dead by special police at the scene. Artest has pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting the 15-year-old Jabbar.

Currently, Balamata High Court (Parramatta Supreme Court) is holding a sentencing hearing against Mr. Artest. Artest had also pleaded guilty to two charges of funding ISIS (Islamic State).

Judge Johnson (Peter Johnson) said Artest had previously testified to a witness and had provided a lot of evidence for more than a day.

In two personal letters to (Australian Federal Police) of the Australian Federal Police and Marquille (Paul Maguire), the royal prosecutor, Artest said he had apologized to the Zheng family and repented for his actions when he testified, all as lies.

"what I`m trying to say is that I`m not sorry or sorry for what I`ve done." In his letter, he said, "I withdraw what I said in the witness stand." I said the wrong thing because I was hot at the time. "

"I`m excited about what I`ve done." Artest wrote.

He also told Maguire in the letter: "if possible, please let the judge know of the letter." I want him to know that repentance seems to me to be nonsense. "

Artest said he did not want to commute his sentence for his confession.

But Artest`s lawyer cited a psychologist`s report to defend him. After Artest submitted the letter, he met with the psychologist.

"although Artest insists on his faith, he has, like everyone else, had mercy on her," the psychological report said.

The report said Artest withdrew his earlier confession declaration in court because he was "angry" with the judge.

Next week, the court will rule on Ron Artest`s sentence.
