Guo Kuizhang`s property covers an area of nearly 3500 square meters. It overlooks the Blue Valley (Lane Cove River), with a private wharf, a home theater and a separate housekeeper`s room. It is an old building of the 1850s, which has been modernized and renovated.

In an ad for (Expressions of Interest), the property agency that solicited the property, Ausrealty described it as "a blend of the glamour of the old era and the sophistication of modernization."
