Waitara, almost at the northernmost end of Sydney, is a small, high-density residential area, 80% of which are apartments, most of which are small units, and several new developments are currently under construction.
Because Waitara is close to (Hornsby), another consumer hot spot on the north shore, and Sydney Adventist Hospital, a famous private hospital, is close at hand, and there are many famous schools in the surrounding urban area, the property in this district is very popular with investors. In particular, the threshold to enter the market is relatively lower than a section of the apartment stand-alone housing.
