Jetstar opens the Brisbane-Ururu route and will make its first flight in August

In the future, Australians can take a direct flight from southeastern Queensland to one of Australia's most iconic landmarks.

Jetstar (Jetstar) on Wednesday announced the opening of a new route from Brisbane to Ayers Rock Airport, which will start on August 3.

To announce the news, the low-cost airline offered a one-way discount of 89 yuan, which will continue until Friday, or end of sale.

The new Brisbane-Ururu route runs three times a week and can carry about 55,999 passengers a year.

Jetstar's executive manager, Alan McIntyre (Alan McIntyre), said the airline expected the opening of new routes to drive strong demand for Queensland visitors to the red center.

"Uluru is one of Australia's most iconic tourist destinations," he said. "as Brisbane continues to grow into one of Australia's largest tourist centers, we believe that low fares will encourage more people to travel to the North Territory.

"there are tens of thousands of people traveling through Melbourne to Uluru, but direct flights not only provide low-cost flights to central Australia, but they also take about three hours." Arlo (Julieanne Alroe), chief executive and general manager of Brisbane Airport, said a convenient flight would encourage more international visitors to choose Brisbane.

"We also know that international travelers arriving at Brisbane Airport stay in Kunzhou much longer than those who enter Australia through other Australian airports," she said. The new Brisbane-Urou flight will operate every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and will be scheduled to coincide with the arrival time of some international flights in order to facilitate the transfer of passengers.
