Visit my.gov.au to enter your Medicare online account or call 13201 to confirm your child's eligibility and account balance.
2. Make an appointment with a private or public dentist to indicate that you are eligible for CDBS.
When visiting, the dentist should discuss with you about the child's treatment plan and the related expenses before providing the service. After that, you need to sign a consent form.

How to reimburse?
