A man in Adelaide decided to "clean up" the dog owners because he was fed up with the often-present shit at his doorstep, the 9NEWS reported on Aug. 17.
The man, Steve Tamblyn, from Adelaide South, installed surveillance in front of his house in an effort to catch the "irresponsible" dog owners.

"I've had enough of it," he said. "every time there's new shit, these dog owners are so ill-bred."
"I have three children who often go in and out of the house and like to play around the house. It's easy to step on dog shit once I get in the house. It's easy to dirty the ground when I get in, and take it in the car when I get in."
Not long after the monitor was installed, a Golden Retriever and its owner stopped in front of the house and pulled a tug of it.

So Steve prints the picture into a picture, frames it up, and fastens it to a pile on the ground, next to a pile of dog shit, to warn the irresponsible dog owners.
He also posted the video online, and then it went viral.
Steve also has dogs. He thinks it's not the dog's problem, it's that the owners are too lazy and irresponsible. Allowing dogs to pull or clean up is a disrespect for pedestrians, saying dog owners will not have shit "all over the place" if they take a few cleaning bags with them.
