Queensland plans for a 10-year-old boy during this holiday. Looks more stable and warm than his peers!
Taran, who is spending his summer vacation, recently learned about Queensland's environmental plan to collect drinks bottles and cans, each for 10 cents.
"at first I just thought it would be fun, and then it became a huge thing," he said.
Taran has been collecting drinks bottles at Currumbin Eco Village for months, and so far he has raised more than A $350.
Now he has made a decision to donate the money to charity!
I donated money to World Vision and the food bank to help those who didn't have enough food, Taran said.
Taran's father, Byron, was very pleased with Taran's actions.
"anything that encourages children to take the initiative and do some projects is a good thing," he said.
There is such a sensible and loving child, this father should be happy in the heart of the blossoms.
