Main responsibilities: follow the mission to the local primary and secondary schools in Cairns, and assist the local teachers to help the Chinese students understand and integrate into the classroom. Brief description of the work:
- Familiarize yourself with the relevant materials we provide in advance of class
- assist the new teacher in maintaining the order in the classroom
- Help Chinese students translate and understand the classroom
- To assist the middle-and-new-party students to interact and communicate
Capacity requirements:
- Education-related background is preferred
- Be good at getting along with the child, communicating
- Strong insight, with certain ability to control the field
