Return to China can not be said to go away, since January 2018 non-compliance with these rules, will be included in the domestic credit system 'blacklist', affecting all aspects of you

New year is near, Christmas has just passed, followed by what we call the solar calendar year, New Year's Day.

Overseas Chinese friends close to the holidays, most choose to return home for the holiday, family reunion, foreign students are also on vacation to return home!

This trip home, inevitably bring a variety of specialties and gifts, pick up some small things that can not be bought at home, or directly overseas in advance mail home, but you mail the things, really can go back to the country? -.

A few days ago, the Shanghai Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued the "Shanghai Port Post Inspection Credit Information Collection and use Management measures (trial)" announcement, making more detailed provisions on the inspection of overseas goods!

The specific measures are as follows:

  • In this paper, the behavior of breach of trust in post inspection is summarized as the general behavior and serious act of breach of trust.
  • General breach of trust means that the responsible person concerned is aware of the inspection and quarantine laws and regulations, but has committed a violation of the inspection and quarantine laws and regulations, which involves one of the following circumstances, and shall be valid for a period of one year:
  • Those who carry them more than two times in a year and who have been seized in accordance with the law by mail prohibited from entering the country;
  • Those who deliberately conceal, lie, or hide prohibited objects from entering the country have been seized in accordance with the law;

"serious breach of trust" means that the responsible person concerned is aware of the laws and regulations of inspection and quarantine, but repeatedly or maliciously violates the laws and regulations of inspection and quarantine, which involves one of the following circumstances, and is valid for a period of three years:

  • Having committed more than two general breaches of trust within five years;
  • Refusing to accept a decision on quarantine treatment or refusing to do so by means of violence or threat, and obstructing the inspection and quarantine authorities from carrying out quarantine enforcement acts according to law;
  • Stealing, seizing, damaging or spilling over animals and plants and their products intercepted by the animal and plant quarantine authorities;
  • Carry more than twice a year, post prohibited entry

Those seized in accordance with the law will be punished by the Shanghai entry and exit Inspection and Quarantine Department and reported to the Shanghai Public Credit Information Service platform.

Such rules are also intended to protect the biosafety of the country's doors. Once defined as a "break-of-faith" person, the consequences are unthinkable.

Because once broken faith, reading, employment, entrepreneurship, credit, insurance, rental housing, car rental, immigration and so on will be affected!

Can be said to be "everywhere restricted", in the community is very difficult to base! It has formed a compelling mechanism to make people consciously keep their promises.

In fact, China has always been strict with the entry of products, the return of friends must pay attention to!

So, what kind of "foreign new year goods" are prohibited from entering the country, and what items can't be sent or brought with them?
