It is difficult for immigrant women to seek medical treatment in Australia, and the problem of discrimination is difficult to ignore.

A survey conducted by Australian women, in particular the disadvantaged Women's Rights Protection Organization Harmony Alliance (Harmony Alliance), and the Australian Special Program Broadcasting Agency (SBS), found that despite certain qualifications, But employment remains a challenge for women with immigrant or refugee backgrounds living in Australia.

Job search and medical treatment have become two major challenges for women with immigrant or refugee backgrounds living in Australia, the SBS reported.

Still, the report found 71% of respondents were positive about Australia. More than three out of four of those who were employed in Australia over the past 12 months said they were somewhat or very satisfied with their jobs.

But many interviewees also raised the problem of difficult employment. Even if they are competent for a position, they say, they still struggle to get an interview.

Diemopoulos (Maria Dimopolous), president of the Harmony Alliance, said the survey highlighted several obstacles that immigrant women may face in finding jobs in Australia, including a lack of connections and the inability to find the same jobs in Australia as they used to be.

She told reporters that differences in recognition of professional skills between Australia and the countries of origin of immigrant women are an important factor contributing to the difficulties of migrant women in finding jobs in Australia, and that discrimination is another hard-to-ignore cause. She notes that some job seekers may even have no interview opportunities because of their last name or race.

Mr. Youu said the results of the survey were "distressing", noting that the immigrant women's experiences were very different from those of their own. "I find a lot of young people facing serious challenges, especially when looking for a job," she said.

In addition, the survey found that many immigrant women do not know where to seek help or advice on physical or mental health issues. Demopoulos points out that this is a worrying situation.
