James Parker (James Packer) sold his bachelorette home at (Bondi Beach) Bondi Beach for a record $29 million, making it the most expensive Beachfront Villas in Australia.
The property was paid for by a father and son, Roy (Roy Medich) and Anthony (Anthony Medich), who bought a number of high-end properties over the past year.
