31 provinces in China announced minimum Security Standards: Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin are in the top three

Chinanews.com client reported on Aug. 23 that the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China recently announced minimum security standards for 31 provinces in the second quarter of 2019, with Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin in the top three. In terms of urban minimum security standards, Shanghai is 1160 yuan per month (RMB, the same below), Beijing is 1100 yuan per month, Tianjin is 980 yuan per month, Shanghai and Beijing exceed the 1000 yuan mark, rural minimum security standards are 13920 yuan per year in Shanghai, 13200 yuan per year in Beijing and 11760 yuan per year in Tianjin.
