Airbnb is banned! Melbourne developer announces that landlords are not allowed to use it to release short-term rent information

We all know that Airbnb (Airbnb) this software, word-of-mouth is good, not only to find short rent convenient but also quite reliable, a lot of people in this platform found a suitable foothold.

Such an excellent software, unfortunately, has been strongly boycott in Melbourne, so tourists and foreign students are on their way to find a house, and there is another layer of hindrance.

On June 5, Realstate, one of Australia's most authoritative real estate groups, published an article saying that Melbourne developers had banned landlords from offering short-term rent on Airbnb's software, and that the rule would be written into the contract. Landlords who ignore the ban will join defendant on court and be held guilty of "breaking the law."

The ban was issued on the grounds of last December's attack on police. Instead of stopping the party, the short tenants started beating the police after the wild party, police intervened in their homes.

As soon as the news came out, the impact was extremely bad. Although these short-term tenants have been fined, the standardized management of short-term rents by the government in Victoria is still very troubling.

Just as Melbourne's Airbnb fell, Sydney's government also tightened its policy, giving real estate companies the right to ban Airbnb and setting a "short rent limit of 180 days."

(Mohan Du), founder of the Melbourne Capital Union (Capitcal Alliance) Group, expressed support for the decision, saying:

Recently, landlords have received feedback that these poor-performing short-term tenants make neighbors feel very unsafe. Alcohol crazies are often seen in front of the apartment, which has a very poor impact on the security of the apartment. The group will take the lead in implementing the new hotel in Dockland.

In fact, before the introduction of the boycott regulations, some people have complained about Airbnb. The landlord originally had a good sea view mansion, accidentally rented to the "bear child", after a night of devastation to become ruins!

It hurts to look at it.

There are also many Chinese landlords complaining that short-term tenants found on Airbnb wantonly damage the house, landlords have to pay their own money to recover the loss.

Not only was the landlord hurt, but in November, news broke out: a man who booked a house on Airbnb was killed by three men, rape.

It's not just about money, it's a threat to personal safety.

Finally, I hope that when looking for a house, careful, Airbnb can not use.
