Australian tycoon suspected of killing Asian young wife, once abetted male gunnery to commit murde

According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, recently, the 68-year-old rich businessman John. Charlton (John Chardon) on suspicion of murder of Asian wife Novi. Charlton (Novy Chardon) appeared in (Brisbane Magistrates Court), Brisbane Magistrates' Court. In February 2013, 34-year-old Novi disappeared from his home in the (Upper Coomera) district of Kumari, on the gold coast, and has not been found. Novi's husband, John, was listed as the biggest suspect.

More than 30 witnesses gave evidence during a five-day detention hearing at Brisbane Magistrates Court. The last person to testify was Filipino man Aguilar (Marshall Aguilor). Aguilar told court through an interpreter that he met John on an Asian dating website and then met in the Philippines and had sex at a hotel in (Cebu), Cebu Island.

As soon as the sex between the two was said to have ended, John asked Aguilar a frightening question: "are you going to kill someone?"

Aguilar told court that he did not like John and had not had any further contact with him since. Before the couple had sex, he had acted as an interpreter to help a female friend search for a marriage on the Internet.

However, John's attorney, Kimmins (Tony Kimmins), queried Aguilar's motives by asking him if he wanted to receive a $250000 reward for the report, or whether he wanted police assistance to emigrate to Australia.
