Brisbane is going against the sky! Six minutes of flash, zero tail gas emissions of the cool techs train will be fully operational!

In the past, the state's infrastructure was often the object of ridicule, but in fact, in order to adapt to the soaring population, unconsciously, the state's infrastructure has gradually caught up with the world trend, began to use all kinds of cool technology.

And now, there is an Australian city, but also to use electric MRT as a bus train, sounds like the future feeling full!

Brisbane is —— city.

With the influx of sydney and melbourne into queensland, the state now holds the throne of australia's interstate immigration champion, and brisbane, the capital of the state, is experiencing a period of rapid expansion.

And in order to better adapt to the immediate development, but also to lay a more robust foundation for the future, the state government has carried out an unprecedented grand infrastructure layout.

Over the next few years, the people of Brisbane will experience the quality of their lives $a package of 15 billion infrastructure projects change —— among the key projects are the expansion of Brisbane Airport, which cost $1.35 billion, the $3.6 billion Queen wharf casino 、 the 5.4 billion Trans-river Railway, and what we will focus on today: the 1.5 billion Brisbane MRT (Brisbane Metro).

What is Brisbane MRT?

Brisbane Express (Brisbane Metro) is Brisbane's newly upgraded high-frequency public transport network on existing bus lanes, which is 21 kilometers long and contains two lines, including 18 stations ,11 of which are transfer stations, to fully activate the urban public transport system.

The MRT system's starting stations include the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital Station (Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital) and the University of Queensland Lakeside Station (University of Queensland Lakes), linking Brisbane's key medical and educational facilities more closely to the city centre.

The Brisbane MRT is expected to start operation in 2023, with a planned departure frequency of every three minutes during the peak period and every five minutes during the off-peak period, with a capacity of 22,000 passengers per hour.

What does Brisbane MRT look like?

Brisbane's MRT is a tech-sounding electric vehicle with panoramic windows at its end, allowing passengers to view the beautiful city view of Brisbane. MRT trains really reach zero tail gas emissions, green environmental protection, after arriving at the terminal, just flash charge 6 minutes to work again.

There are USB charging points and on-board Wi-Fi, to provide uninterrupted entertainment for passengers on the journey. During the first phase of the entire MRT system ,60 vehicles will be operational, each with a capacity of 150-180 passengers.

What are the highlights of Brisbane MRT?

The whole new bus system is full of exciting possibilities, the most striking of which is a river-crossing journey from the cultural center (Cultural Centre) across the Victoria Bridge (Victoria Bridge) to King George Square (King George Square).

The Cultural Centre represents the state's government's cutting edge in exhibition and art planning, where an international-level BCEC of Convention & amp; Exhibition Centre and one of the country's busiest theatres, the Queenland Performed Arts Centre, will be built to build an underground MRT station and become a core transfer hub. King George Square, across the river from the cultural center, is home to facilities such as the Brisbane City Hall and Museum, and an absolute downtown gold location in Brisbane.

The cultural centre is connected to King George Square by the Victoria Bridge, which will be replaced by the "Green Bridge" under the new MRT system, which to MRT, public transport, pedestrians and cyclists for safe and efficient public transport.

Through the new MRT system, Brisbane's cultural center and city center will form an organic and high-speed connection between just two stops to enhance the overall travel experience of citizens and tourists.

Over the past few years, we have seen amazing changes in queensland, especially in southeast queensland, where a large number of magnificent and modern facilities and buildings have been planned, constructed and completed.

From queen's wharf to the brisbane arena, from the trans-river railway to the airport's second runway, from road upgrades to rapid transit construction, infrastructure that could take decades to complete elsewhere has been crushed into ten or even five years in brisbane, the third largest city in australia, running at full speed for the future.

The other side of these changes has always relied on the robust fundamentals of Queensland's strong population and employment growth.

With its population and infrastructure developing together, Queensland, Australia's beloved Sunshine State, is transforming itself into a world-class destination for employment, tourism and investment. For this reason, the analysis and forecasts of the major authorities are unanimous in favour of Brisbane, which is in a ready potential position in the real estate market cycle.

The research team of Asia Pacific Group will continue to focus on this favored market and provide you with the latest infrastructure developments, policies and regulations, and investment opportunities to lead investors to layout ahead of time, win the market cycle and enjoy long-term returns.
