Despite the threat of North Korea, Australia has an average of three hundred and thirty thousand people traveling to Hawaii on an annual basis.

More than three hundred and thirty thousand Australians travel to Hawaii every year.

Hawaii still attracts more than three hundred and thirty thousand Australians a year, despite threats from North Korea and the recent misfire of missile alarms that sparked local panic, the Australian newspaper reported.

It is reported that in attracting Australian tourists, Hawaii is facing fierce competition from Thailand, Bali, the United States and Australia's domestic tourism market, but due to Jetstar Airlines (Jetstar), Companies such as Hawaii Airlines (Hawaiian Airlines) and Air Canada (Air Canada) have boosted their capacity, so the number of Australians traveling to Hawaii has increased.

Westbury (Jayson Westbury), chief executive of (Australian Federation of Travel Agents), the Australian tourism federation, points out that if the number of Australians going to Hawaii has decreased, there should be a corresponding super-sharp reduction in air tickets. But there is no such sign.

In fact, Hawaiian Airlines increased flights from Sydney and Brisbane to Honolulu and offered a A $799 economy class return ticket on Australian National Day (Australia Day). Westbury believes that the Honolulu route fare decline, mainly due to increased flight capacity.

Demand for travel to Hawaii will remain strong in 2018, according to online travel agency Webjet.

Guchick (John Guscic), the agency's general manager, said Hawaii was a booming tourist destination and that both Jetstar and Hawaiian Airways were currently operating direct flights from Australia to the region. Hawaii's tourism industry will continue to grow because flights are cheaper. In January, the price of tickets to Australia fell 15% from the same period last year.

(Oahu), the island of Oahu, is the most popular tourist island for Australians, followed by (Maui), Hawaii, according to airline booking website Helloworld.

Australians travel to Hawaii for an average of 9.5 days.
