The Queensland couple spent $75,000 to build their own exquisite mini-house to solve the housing crisis.

A couple in Kunzhou have built a mini-house with wheels, a stylish one-bedroom apartment.

Speaking of mini, how small is that? It is only 7.5 meters long and 2.4 meters wide.

Don't underestimate the small size of the apartment, but the facilities are still very complete, it can be said to be small, but all the organs.

It has a full size bathroom, kitchen and stairs to the bedroom, and plenty of storage space.

Because of its high ceiling, bathrooms and kitchens are beautiful and stylish.

A staircase leads to the bedroom, which saves a lot of space and makes the house small but not crowded.

It is reported that the value of this small house between 75,000 and 80, 000 Australian dollars, located in Ningi., Kunzhou

Given the continuing housing burden in Australia, this small house may be one of the solutions to the housing crisis.

Marina and her husband, Kris Collins, initially decided to build the fully furnished mini-house on the lawn for fun.

But with property prices spiralling and people increasingly unable to afford or rent homes, the couple saw vacancies in the real estate market and launched their mini-houses.

"the house has everything you need. It's like a one-bedroom apartment with huge bathrooms, cabinets, stairs, and storage space. "Mr. Collins said in an interview.

The couple was inspired by a television show about a small house.

"so we expanded the idea, and we decided to build a mini-house and had a lot of fun designing and building it!"

"there's no motive," Marina said. "We just want to do this. Kris likes to build things and I like city designs. We didn't think of what we were doing with a house when we built it."

"like a car, this fully functional house can move anywhere you want," Mr. Collins said.

The couple said people could choose a balanced lifestyle without collateral.

"this house is a good choice for those who want to cut back on spending or find temporary accommodation."

"We have divorced clients who move back to their parents' homes but don't want to live with them, so they put the house in the backyard so they can be self-sufficient and don't have to rely too much on their parents."

Mr. Collins added that:

"We also have some single female clients, about 50 or 60 years old, who want to own their own house, but they don't have enough money to buy a house in the real estate market."

"and this mini-house is a great choice, it can make people's lives easier and more sustainable!"

The couple also explained that the mini-house could also be used as an in-laws house without applying to government, both living with parents and maintaining personal independence, and that you could help it go to another place.

This mini-house may really offer a new way of thinking and a new way of life to solve the housing crisis.
