It's not an apocalyptic blockbuster. It's one of Sydney's everyday lives! Last weekend, the Manly ferry nearly overturned several times by huge waves.

Hint! It's not a movie, it's not a computer!

The following photos are taken in Sydney

All of these very last-day photos were taken on the Manly ferry in Sydney, and Haig Gilchrist., the sailor on board, took these pictures.

At the end of last weekend there was a huge wave in Sydney port, which almost knocked the whole ferry over.

He shared the photos on Instagram and said:

Working in this weather is sour!

Later, another netizen, po, appeared on the ferry where an Asian-American couple was wet by a huge wave while watching the sea on board.

A couple who looked like tourists sat on deck, quietly watching the sea view.

Suddenly a huge wave turned up and hit two people straight.

It was too late to hide, and the quiet ferry was ruined.

Such waves are caused by the weather of the past week, with surging waves in some areas up to three to four meters high, and even more intense away from the coast.

The photos were immediately sensational online, most of them saying they were scared, except for many who applauded Gilchrist's first-rate photo-taking technology.

In another photo he took, the ferry nearly submerged its bow as it passed Sydney Heads.

But this is not the first time he has taken such a thrilling picture.

In January, Gilchrist also photographed the transition wheel moving through the huge waves, and netizens said: the sea is so terrible that it dares not take a boat later.

A few days ago, two men drowned in Bondi and Bellinger.

"the best advice we can give people is to be vigilant when things suddenly change," said Andy Kent, executive director of the New State Surfer Life Saving Society.
