Sydney rises again! A piece of news that excites everyone, many Chinese districts will benefit.

Sydney's future strategic plan, announced in early 2015, gave Paramatta and its surrounding areas a heavy burden, building a second CBD in Paramatta and promoting urban centralization in the surrounding areas, making the area once the focus of investors and home buyers.

After that, crowds poured into the area near Paramatta, Sydney, and daily traffic pressures skyrocketed.

Whether they live in Paramatta or work in nearby CBD, the conflict between population and carrier capacity is real.

But with the arrival of a new fiscal budget in 2018, Sydney's future strategic planning policy has quietly changed, and the past strategic planning with the new CBD as the selling point has become a thing of the past.

It seems that Paramatta has been abandoned in future planning, but in fact, the new strategic planning landscape is bigger than it used to be.

The "second CBD" strategy, the top priority in the original plan, is only one of the goals in the new planning document.

I believe we all know that before the Australian government did three city planning. Sydney will become two CBD, two international business circles, as well as an international metropolis with seaport city.

And because Paramatta, has been "entrusted with important responsibilities" in past planning, so it has a good foundation in public transport, road design and infrastructure construction, so it will continue to play a central role in the region, serve and drive the development of the surrounding areas. It includes several Chinese regions: Bankstown,Epping and Rhodes.

And in June's new state budget, the Metro-West train project from Parramatta to CBD will receive hundreds of millions of Australian dollars in cash.

This is also seen as an important change in Parramatta's development plan.

The money will be a big selling point for the Berejiklian government, according to Australian Radio 9. Government firmly believes that West Sydney is embarking on one of the most important railway projects.

The geotechnical work began with the 25-kilometer-long traffic route, and workers will test the soil from Pyrmont to Westmead in order to understand the underground situation before the site and route are completed.

At present, the stations in these places have been identified: CBD,Rozelle (Bays Precinct), Olympic Park, Parramatta and Westmead., Sydney

Of course, the train may also stop at Camellia or Rydalmere,Five Dock and Pyrmont.

For The Northern Line commuters, North Strathfield or Concord West between the central coast and Hornsby, a transit station will be built.

In this way, people's traffic pressure will be greatly alleviated, and a variety of route choices will disperse the human flow pressure.

Sydney Metro Project Director Tom Gellibrand said understanding Sydney's geology is important for digging tunnels.

Opposition party leader Luke Foley, who has put the project at the top of the list, insists he can finish the project faster than government.

"I will take money out of other less important projects and speed up the construction of the Metro-West project."

Because of the cancellation of the Sydenham-to-Bankstown Metro train and the Northern Beaches highway tunnel policy.

It is estimated that the Banktown line conversion will save about $800 million and will most cost the construction of the tunnel.

It is reported that the Metro-West is expected to cost about A $20 billion. With the construction of this subway line, and the completion of the West Sydney Airport, a series of municipal works and commercial development will be developed.

After this budget report, the Metro-West project is expected to be delivered by 2025. And Parramatta's prosperity is here! Sydney is about to rise!
