Australian Chinese mother returned to visit relatives, for helping friends purchase this, even face a fine jailed. In a foreign country, there are some things that I can't really help.

Recently, a Chinese mother, Lucy, who lived in Beijing and Sydney all year round, got annoyed with a marijuana when she came home to visit her family!

While the maternity leave still has a few months to end, coupled with the husband's busy work, Lucy will take advantage of the leisure time to return home, thinking this way, not only to spend the Mid-Autumn Festival with their family, but also to let the newborn baby and grandparents who have never met more close;

Can not expect, just because of a small favor promised to friends before returning home, but for Lucy caused unspeakable trouble.

Before returning home, Lucy received a message from a couple of years ago that she had been "promoted" to her mother's best friend, asking if she could help bring some of the drugs sold by local Australian pharmacies, including the Panadol painkiller. And the children eat the small frog PROSPAN special antitussive lotion and so on.

Since Lucy had previously helped friends or relatives buy milk powder and health products on their way home, and since the drugs did not have the same strict restrictions as milk powder, Lucy made a one-mouthful commitment.

But soon after returning home, a phone call from the prosecutor's office caught her by surprise!

Originally, because she will bring back the surplus drugs transferred to relatives and friends in the store consignment, has been identified as the purchase of "three no" drugs behavior, violation of the relevant laws and regulations!

Procuratorate staff said that to prosecute her, she also had to be at home, temporarily unable to leave the country back to Australia!

As a result, after Lucy went online to inquire about the relevant laws and regulations, it could not resist the cold sweat DC, so there were really the following provisions:

According to the relevant provisions of the amendment to the Criminal Law, the maximum penalty for the production and sale of counterfeit drugs may be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or the death penalty, together with a fine or confiscation of property!

Purchasing agents for human flesh hides huge risks.

With the development of information, more and more imported drugs begin to enter people's vision through the Internet, especially some social media.

For example, the little frog cough potion mentioned above is known as "pure natural plant extract, no pigment, no sugar, no alcohol". It is well received by many young mothers in China to treat cold and cough caused by seasonal changes and to prevent bronchitis and other diseases.

But because there are no formal channels to buy goods, many merchants who want to get a piece of it from this, on the idea of "purchasing people."

A full-time mother, Kobayashi, is a case in point. In 2015, Lin opened a mother-to-child store in the neighborhood for the benefit of his family, and the business has been tepid.

She focused on selling imported drugs after she had tried a variety of ways that still didn't work.

So Lin commissioned to travel abroad friends and relatives in return to help her purchase some European-made small frog cough medicine, sold in the shop, made a good response;

So she continued to make efforts, not only to list the "purchase list," the list and "hardship" to the family and friends living abroad, begged them to buy and express to themselves;

She occasionally goes abroad for "shopping", leaving a few for her own use, selling most of them in stores and advertising in moments.

However, a year later, Lin, who had already started his business, was suddenly found to be selling "three free drugs" in a spot check. He was not only ordered to suspend business for violating the rules, but was also told that he was suspected of committing a crime!.

Not only are you facing high fines, but you may even face jail time!

Drugs without approval are fake!

There may be a lot of questions: why would regular drugs brought back from abroad be included in the "three-drug-free" list like those "copycats"?

This is how the prosecutor in charge of Lin's case explains:

"whether a drug is false or not, it is not the drug itself, but depends on obtaining the Import Drug Registration Certificate. This is the key."

According to the provisions of the Drug Administration Law of our country, the import of drugs must be examined by the drug regulatory department under the State Council and verified to meet the quality standards and be safe and effective before the import can be approved and issued a certificate of registration for imported drugs.

Imports without approval shall be treated as counterfeit medicines.

Therefore, even if the real medicine in the real sense, as long as the approval is not obtained, all is a fake medicine!

Just a few days ago, some authoritative media in China published articles one after another, warning "people's meat purchasing agents" to be careful!

According to statistics, in 2016, the people's Procuratorate of Tianning District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, accepted a total of 18 cases involving purchasing agents and selling counterfeit drugs, and in the first half of 2017, the Institute handled 25 such cases, 43, an obvious increase.

On April 15 this year, the Environmental Food and Drug Brigade, together with the Chaoyang Branch, cracked down on the sale of illegal overseas purchasing agents, seized more than 40 kinds of imported drugs, totaling nearly 1,000 boxes of imported drugs, involving the value of millions of yuan!

Not only drugs, such as beauty products such as water needles, but also the "disaster zone" mentioned in the news reports.

A young woman, Xiaomei, who runs a small beauty salon, originally opened a small beauty studio somewhere in Jiangsu Province. By coincidence, she discovered that many customers have a crush on Korean beauty needles. He then contacted the cadet Xiao Fen who knew him before he did his beauty.

The two reached an agreement on social app, where Xiaomei was in charge of contacting clients, Xiaofen was in charge of service, and after Xiaomei paid Xiaofen the price of the beauty pin, the rest of the income was split in half.

However, in a random check in April, Xiaomei and Xiaofen were found to be using undocumented uric acid and botulinum toxin in the shop, which led to the fact that they had been doing illegal things!

Behind the shocking events are hidden dangers after the grey industry of purchasing human flesh.

Many Chinese who travel abroad or abroad will always promise their relatives and friends at home to "buy meat by purchasing" some local medicines and beauty products. I do not know that these will require a regular batch number to enter China. Otherwise, once used for other non-self-use purposes, it is against the law!

Even the procuratorate in charge of the case warned "people's meat purchasing agents" that the risks they take are no less than those of other purchasing agents:

"agents have to take on a lot of risks, especially if they sell drugs of unknown origin, and in case there is a problem with the consumer, the purchasing agent will bear the primary responsibility," he said.

Therefore, the editor is here to remind Chinese friends who have recently returned home, especially those who are going home from final: purchasing agents are risky and must be cautious! Sometimes, some help or less help, otherwise will cause unnecessary trouble!
