The video shows the pair checking the makeshift shower facility. The easy-to-build shower contains a metal ladder with a bag of water on top of it, which is placed against a post.
The young woman, who tied her hair, threw her clothes aside and teased with the swimsuit-trunks next to her. She then flushed her arms and shoulders with a hose.
At the end of the video, the man gave the woman a bottle of bath supplies, and the woman squeezed out some in her hands.
In the video, the woman also appears to have pointed out to her partner that someone was watching them.
The video was reportedly posted on Live Leak, a video-sharing site, and the publisher said the backpackers were European.
