According to the Herald Sun, the driver of the Melbourne West Gate Bridge, (West Gate Bridge), was surprised to discover the scenery. It turns out that the salt lake inside the West Gate Park (Westgate Park) has turned pink again!

It is reported that located in the West Gate Park (Westgate Park) interior salt lake recently turned pink.

Although some of Australia's salt lakes will be pink for most of the year, the salt lakes in Simon Park will only turn pink due to multiple factors, such as higher salinity, higher temperatures, more sunlight and less rain.

The lake's original water is turbid brown and the color changes are due to carotene produced by a variety of algae. It may also be a visual illusion formed by algae deep in the lake.

As the temperature drops, Rain Water increases, the color of the salt lake will return to normal.

Victoria Park (Parks Victoria) warned people not to touch the lake or walk on the edge of the lake, because the salinity of the lake is so high that it irritates the skin.

It is reported that the salt lake in West Gate Park is not the only pink lake in Victoria. Murray Sunset National Park (Murray-Sunset National Park), in the west of the state, also has several beautiful pink lakes.
