Australia's richest mansion is removed after five days of listing

Australia's richest woman, Reinhart (Gina Rinehart), is planning to sell his Brisbanshui mansion, according to real estate listings over the weekend. The news caused the industry to blow up the pot. Unexpectedly, Reinhardt seemed to have changed his mind again.

Earlier, a real estate agency in Brisbane, Queensland, had listed Hawthorne (Hawthorne), Australia's richest woman, for five days, according to property website Brisbane.

Just a day after the news, the media confirmed that Reinhart had no intention of selling the mansion. Real estate agents also announced that the mansion is not listed in any form for sale, listing promotion information "should be mistaken."

Reinhart bought the river view mansion through its company Wingfield Avenue in August 2014, when it traded for as much as A $14 million. After that, Reinhart spent A $4 million to buy next door property.

The property of the waterfront mansion was transferred to Reinhart this year.

Wingfield Avenue has three residential properties in Brisbane, including a A $three million one hundred and seventy five thousand home in Chermer (Chelmer) and a A $4.95 million waterfront mansion in (East Brisbane), East Brisbane, and an empty plot next to it. In addition, the company also has three luxury properties in Western Australia.

As a mining mogul, Reinhart returned to the top of Forbes (Forbes) 's list of Australia's rich last year.
