If one of the divorced couples is likely to take the child out of Australia,

The Australian Family Court has always been based on the principle of protecting the best interests of minor children.

Ban on exit order (Watch List Order)

If one parent believes that their child may be taken out of Australia by the other party or other person and returns to Australia for an hour, he may apply to the Australian Family Court for an order prohibiting the departure from Australia. Put the child's name on the customs ban list. It was not until the Family Court annulled the order that the child could leave Australia.

If the matter is urgent, you can call the Australian Family Court on duty judge, get a ban directly without appearing before the court, and immediately notify the Australian Federal Police to enforce the ban.

In exceptional cases, you can also contact the Australian Federal Police directly to put the child's name on the Customs prohibited list.

Provide information to (Commonwealth Information Order)

If one of the parents hides the child, the other can obtain an information order issued by the Australian Family Court through law requesting any person or agency within Australia to provide information about the child, if it may be known.

Search warrant, (Recovery Order).

If the location of the child has been determined, a search and rescue warrant issued by the Australian Family Court may be obtained through law to compel the hiding party to hand over the child. It is important to note that the search and rescue warrant applies only to all States members of Australia and the Hague Convention, and China is not a member of the Hague Convention.
