A late Mother's Day present

On Mother's Day, Raith, a 6-year-old boy in Jilang, Australia, suddenly wanted to buy a present for his mother. Early in the morning, before everyone got up, he wore a Vegemite helmet and rode his little bike to the supermarket to buy her mother a bigger TV set. Although he had only forty cents in his pocket, he was still wearing his pajamas.

As he cycled three kilometers across the busy highway to the ALDI supermarket, his family was terrified that Raith was missing, looking everywhere and even reporting police.

Just as Raith was wandering around the supermarket, the store manager found the child without adult care. After questioning, the store manager called the police.

When the police brought Raith home, Raith's mother was very excited and grateful to the supermarket manager, who said Raith was such a warm-hearted child, but it worried them too much.

The story took place in the morning of Mother's Day, and in the afternoon the news spread all over Australia, making many people feel the warmth of Mother's Day.

Then the story is not over here.

Almost 2000 kilometers away in Brisbane, Todd was moved to see the warm-hearted boy, and he and his friends bought Raith a late Mother's Day present, a big-screen TV, a IPAD, building block and a pile of toys. Three days after Mother's Day, Todd took the presents to Raith's house in person. Raith was jumping around the house excitedly. (editor notes that TV is actually a Chinese-made Hisense TV)

The lovely Raith had only forty cents in his pocket, but his warm heart touched countless strangers. Although it is a late Mother's Day gift, it is believed to be the most precious Mother's Day gift received by Raith's mother.
