Stop drinking! Just exposed, 20 times more toxic than melamine.

For those who often come into contact with liquor, they must know that the four famous wines in our country are: Guizhou Maotai, Shanxi Fenjiao, Luzhou Laojiao, and Shaanxi Xifeng.

Although Xifeng is also expensive for the four famous wines, but its market position has long been inferior to the past. At present, the three have already realized asset securitization, but Xifeng wine is still struggling on the road of IPO.

Xifeng, who is struggling to survive, has recently been exposed to the negative news of the product plasticizer exceeding the standard! Incidentally, it also uncovers an unwritten rule in the Chinese liquor industry.

Here's what happened. A few days ago, the Shanghai Liquor Trading Center revealed on its official website a test report showing:

The contents of two plasticizing-related chemical additives in Xifeng 50-year vintage wine 2012 [rare edition] do not meet the relevant standards.

It was reported that the test result of isobutyl phthalate (DIBP, commonly known as "plasticizer") for Xifeng vintage was 1.44 mg and the reporting limit was 0.5 mg;

The detection result of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP, commonly known as plasticizer) was 1.02 mg and the corresponding limit was 0.3 mg ·L-1.

The contents of these two plasticizing-related chemical additives are almost three times higher than the limit!

People don't know much about plasticizer, but anyone who knows about the chemical additive knows:

It's 20 times more toxic than melamine! It's a famous super carcinogen!

Generally speaking, plasticizer is widely used in industry. Usually added to plastic, concrete, wall materials, cement and gypsum.

Rarely found in people's food, if any, in the safe range of consumption.

And if people eat food that plasticizer exceeds the standard for a long time, they will damage their sexual reproduction ability, cause harm to the immune system and digestive system of the human body, and poison the human gene!

It can be seen that the plasticizer to the human body in the end how much harm.

However, even if it is known, some food companies will add plasticizers to the food, like this Xifeng problem wine incident. People who know about Chinese liquor know that hanging a glass is a signature feature of high-quality liquor.

However, for some years or less pure liquor, it is difficult to achieve that effect. Therefore, in order to achieve the effect of glass hanging, the winery will appropriately add plasticizer to create the illusion of "this is good wine."

If only the appropriate addition of such chemicals, it would be nothing. Before that, Sun Lucy, a professor at the Food Research Institute at TW University, said: "Liquor generally contains plasticizers and is generally not over the standard, so drinking in moderation is not harmful to the body."

But some enterprises, in order to make liquor look more thick, will exceed the standard to add plasticizer! This was the case with Xifeng, who had been blown up with the problem wine.

Astonishing discovery

Originally things came here, Xifeng winery ending do not have to guess, as we all know, just like the original three deer poison milk powder, this sink or die. But then, Xifeng winery on this problem of the response to the wine, but also let people find out the big thing!

Originally, after the problem wine was exposed, Xifeng distillery also issued a response to the announcement, said it would recall this batch of problematic liquor. In addition, Xifeng winery also explained that the detected problem of the wine was produced in May 2012.

In 2013, however, there was no DBP (plasticizer) test. In other words, according to the testing standards of that year, Xifeng did not violate any laws and regulations, and there was no need to assume legal liability.

It also suggests that adding plasticizers is a big blind spot in the liquor industry until 2013.

Imagine, as one of the four famous liquor, Xifeng also had unlimited scenery, and it dared to add excessive plasticizer, what about other liquor enterprises?

People's worries

In fact, the issue of liquor blending has always been a hot topic. Many people know that ordinary white spirits on the market have been mixed, but do not know what is blended.

So many people are willing to pay high prices to buy big brands of wine.

However, the sudden exposure to the "Xifeng problem wine" incident, people began to worry about their health, but also to buy liquor on a day-to-day deep suspicion.

Hope that our country will be able to strengthen the inspection of food safety issues, so that people can rest assured of Chinese brands to eat!
