Australia's national treasure class biscuit TimTam opened shop in JD.com, but also launched the 'Chinese version' flavo

Over the years in Taobao, Tmall, these sites to sell more and more Australian goods, and soon to join a new member.

Starting in the first week of 2018, Australia's national treasure-grade biscuit brand Tim Tam will open a flagship store in JD.com, bringing to JD.com 266 million consumers the chocolate waffle cookies that are popular with Australians.

The first batch of Tim Tam cookies included classic chocolate, cappuccino, hazelnut and other 6 flavors.

But, Tim Tam probably thought his cookies were too sweet, so in order to cater to the tastes of Chinese friends, it attracted more Chinese foodie, Tim Tam to make special adjustments to the biscuits' formula and reduce their sweetness.

"Tim Tam is an iconic Australian brand, and we are very happy that it can open a flagship store on our platform," said JD.com.

"JD.com 's own logistics and distribution system ensures that Tim Tam cookies are delivered to consumers in the most perfect condition in any season."

In addition, in order to promote Tim Tam biscuits, JD.com will send free samples to designated members for everyone to taste fresh.

In fact, before this JD.com has a lot of Australian products sold, including red wine brand Penfolds,Jacobs Creek,Wolf Blass, health care brand Swisse,Blackmores,Nature's Way and other. Tim Tam is the latest member to join.

However, for this brand known as Australia's national treasure grade biscuit brand, Australian-based Chinese friends do not seem to buy very much:

I love cats. I don't like them very much. Australian desserts are too sweet.

Zcwhy: too sweet, what kind of national treasure grade, is junk food.

Anthracene: don't you cut half the sugar. Chinese people can eat it?

Gourmet Jay: so-called challenge, the meaning behind it is that it is bad enough to be close to your bottom line.

Daxiao:N was sold in China years ago. To be honest, the so-called "national treasure" is really so so..

There were friends who unlocked the right way to eat:

Lonely desire: at first I felt too sweet to eat at all. One day I was told that it was not like that, it was a bit of a straw drinking milk, a moment to unlock the new posture, as if to open the door to the new world.

Small partners agreed that:

Gohome: I think it's good to go with milk. It's a must all the year round in the family. Adults and children like it.

Well, Xiao Wei must turn around and open the door of the new world. I just don't know if the "Chinese version" of Tim Tam will be loved by Chinese friends after changing the formula.
