Preparation of required materials:
List of multiple round-trip visa materials for Australia over a three-year period:
1. Visa Application form:
Form 1419 (in English) and form 54 (in both English and Chinese).
2. Colour copy of passport:
-two copies of the personal information page of the latest passport. One of them should be a photocopy in colour; and
-if the applicant is in Australia for the first time, he or she is required to provide a passport bottom page (if it is a signature page), as well as a colour copy of all passport pages affixed with a visa label, stamped with an entry and exit seal, or a signed passport page.
3, Photo:
A recent half-year clear and non-spectacle front white background color photograph, size range: 35 mm x 45 mm.
4. color photocopy of ID card and household register:
Color photocopy of ID card and family register. If married, please provide color copy of marriage certificate.
5 on-the-job certificate of the company:
The format and content requirements are as follows:
(I) Unit addresses, telephone and fax numbers;
(2) the name, position, income and length of service of the applicant;
(III) the purpose of the trip (which must be specified in detail), the exact time of leave, who is responsible for the travel costs, and the position reserved for the applicant by the unit;
(4) the person in charge of the company shall sign the signature and affix the official seal, and print the name and office of the signer. The signer may not be an associate or the applicant himself.
6. Economic proof:
(I) A copy of the passbook, together with the corresponding bank deposit certificate; if there is no original passbook and only a card, please issue a deposit certificate to the bank for a historical transaction of nearly half a year;
(2) A copy of the marriage certificate is provided if the assets of the spouse are provided as visa vouchers.
