Mt Lofty is building cable cars and treetops, Chinese tycoons are betting on Adelaide Tourism, and Cleland Wildlife Park is going to be a big change.

Good news! good news!

I hear Adelaide is building an aerial cable car!

The village will be two in the first line, connecting the Cleland National Park and Mt Lofty Botanical Garden.

In the near future, friends will be able to watch waterfalls in Mt lofty, overlook Adelaide's panoramic view, swim through Mt Lofty Botanic Garden, 's cable car in the air, enjoy the natural beauty, and have a pleasant blow-off.

When you get to Cleland Wildlife Park, you'll have the strength to play with the little animals in the garden!

For example, shoot the cute koala in front of a tree!

For example, feed a bunch of stupid and strong kangaroos!

For example, watching grizzly bears, emus, and so on.

Here's the thing,

As South Australia has become a new favorite for Chinese tourists, Hong Kong tycoon Allan Zeman has proposed opening up a new vision for the popular South Australia Wildlife Reserve: creating an aerial cable car to connect Cleland Wildlife Park to Mt Lofty Botanical Garden.

It is reported that the background of the big guy is not simple. He was chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Ocean Park, known as the father of Lan Kwai Fong.

Today (November 27th), Allan Zeman attended a press conference with South Australian Governor Jay Weatherill and freight mogul Lindsay Fox.

Proposed the Cleland new vision project, seeks the private investment.

If Allan Zeman were a key investor in the proposal, Mr. Fox said, he would follow.

Governor Jay Weatherill said he hopes the proposed project will be completed as soon as possible to meet the strong global demand for South Australia's nature trip.

It is reported that the tourism industry in South Australia is rising, a tourist value of up to 1.2 billion Australian dollars a year.

It is reported that the Cleland New Horizon project will include:

  • The cable car (A CABLE CAR): opens the cable car from Mt Lofty Botanic Garden to the top of Cleland National Park and Mt Lofty;
  • Forest aerial Trail (A TREETOP WALK);
  • ZIP-LINING;
  • Glider Simulator (A HANG-GLIDING SIMULATOR);)
  • Mountain bike lane (YEAR-ROUND MOUNTAIN BIKING ACCESS);)
  • And, a new hotel, shopping village and restaurant bar, etc.

It is reported that last year, Cleland Wildlife Park attracted 125000 visitors.

Governor Weatherill said upgrading and rebuilding the Cleland Wildlife Park was costly and could be as high as A $150 million.

He estimates that the project will create about 300 jobs.

State goverment said that even if the project was privately funded, goverment would retain ownership of the site.

"We will design primarily to protect the natural environment," Weatherill said.

Environment Minister Ian Hunter also said, "this is like a playground where there are many exciting projects, such as cable cars, glider simulators, top-of-the-line restaurants and so on. This will attract tourists from all over the world. "

Last year, the state goverment pledged A $ five hundred thousand to develop a business plan to turn Cleland National Park into an international tourist attraction.

Think of the future, we Adelaide will jump from Tucun to international high-end village, friends, do you look forward to it!
