We will confirm your booking within 8 business hours, and send the voucher to your email address
The voucher is valid only on the date specified
We recommend all guests arrive at the wharf at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of boarding time to collect your boarding pass. Please allow sufficient time for travel as all of our cruises will depart at the designated time on your cruise confirmation
Please bring valid identity document (e.g. passport) with you
The boat will not wait for any passengers beyond the designated departure time. Even in the instance, a few passengers within a group are running late, the boat will not wait for them to join the cruise. No refund or credit will be issued for passengers who do not board the cruise on time
Dress code is smart and elegant – ladies are encouraged to dress up and men should bring a dinner jacket (this is not compulsory)
If the total number of your traveling is odd (e.g. 1, 3, or 5 travelers), you may be sharing the dining table with other travelers
Beverages are not included and may be purchased at passenger's own cost
If total number of passengers is below the minimum requirement for this trip, you will be informed for rescheduling or cancellation 12 hours prior to departure
Please notify in the "Note" section when booking if you plan to carry a stroller (folding stroller only) on board, failure to do so will result in admission denial from the local agency
