Every year in late January, all the roads to Tamworth will bring tourists from all over the country to this annual major festival, which attracts more than 50000 visitors every day during the music festival. Millions of artists from around the world present thousands of scheduled performances in 80 venues. The diversity of country music is so varied that a single (Peel Street) of Belle Street can bring together hundreds of street artists and perform various entertainment shows on a day-to-day basis. The festival will last about ten days.
Tamworth Country Music Festival's highest honor is the Golden guitarist (Golden Guitars Awards), Awards, which are usually held on the second Saturday of the Music Festival at the Tamworth Regional Recreation and Convention Center, (Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre). Australian country music celebrities will gather with country music fans to see who will win the famous Golden guitarist award.
