Oakvale Wildlife Park is located in the (Port Stephens) area of Port Stephens, north of Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, about 182km from downtown Sydney and about 27km from (Nelson Bay), a resort town in Port Stephens.
Oakvale Wildlife Park, also known as Oakville Farm and Animal World (Oakvale Farm & Fauna World), is only named after a farm, but it is actually a big zoo, one of the rare places to touch koalas in New South Wales, as well as a variety of other Australian animals such as emu, kangaroo, platypus, fairy beast alpaca, monocolor camel, buffalo and reptile. Feed for animals is provided free of charge and is available at the ticket office.
