Historic Daydream Mine is located in the northern outskirts of Broken Hill, a small mining town in the western inland desert of New South Wales, about 30 km from Broken Hill and about 18 km from (Silverton), Silverton.
Founded in 1885, Historic Daydream Mine was closed in 1888, and the entire Historic Daydream Mine is now on Australia's historical heritage list and reopened as a tourist attraction for about an hour. Guided tour of mine landmarks and underground ancient mines.
