The core town of Scenic World Blue Mountain Scenic spot (Blue Mountains) in New South Wales is Katoomba, a cable car tour of Blue Mountain.
The Scenic World has two cable cars, a small track train and a walking lane, in which cable cars and train can be unlimited after the purchase of tickets.
- Sky Cable Car (Skyway): the world's first cable car with glass floor ,720 meters, with passengers 270 meters from the deep valley overlooking the three sister peak (The Three Sisters) and other blue mountain landmarks; the glass bottom of the cabin can take a view of Jamison Valley, the cable car to the central position will stop for a while, the eyes are picturesque;
- Tour train (Railway):138 meters long, short distance, but the world's largest slope of forest sightseeing train, tilt angle more than 45°, children will use it as an amusement park roller coaster;
- Cable car (Cableway): smooth glass cabin viewing cable car, but also dangerous, only 545 meters from Jamison Valley to the cliff of the tourist center.
It is recommended to take sightseeing train to the rainforest area, enjoy the exploration of the natural rainforest, take the cableway cable back to the ground, and finally take the aerial cable car to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the three sisters peak. This is also a very worthwhile experience of the entire Blue Mountain trip.
Tip: usually the number of visitors is not large, but the peak period, the queue will be longer, please prepare in advance:
- Spring Festival (1-2 months each year);
- Christmas and New Year holidays (December-January each year);
- Easter (March-April each year);
- NSW student holidays (mid-late April, early June to mid-July, late September to early October, mid-December to the end of January of the following year).

- Weekends and holidays: A $49 for adults, A $27 for children (4-13 years), Family Package (2 adults and up to 5 children under 14 years): A $125;
- Tickets are valid all day and all cable cars are available on the same day.
