Hermitage Foreshore Walk is located on the eastern outskirts of Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, in Wacruz (Vaucluse), about 10 kilometers from the city of Sydney.
Hermitage Foreshore Walk is a picturesque coastal walkway, about 1.8km long and takes about 30 minutes to get a "postcard view of Sydney."
Hermitage Foreshore Walk begins on Bay King Hill Road, (Bayview Hill Road) or Nelson Park (Nielsen Park), which takes the walkers through a number of sandstone rock platforms before reaching Watsons Bay (Watsons Bay), where you can enjoy Shark Bay (Shark Bay),. The Sydney Opera (Sydney Opera House) and the historic Strickland villa (Strickland House) scenery.
