Leura Gardens Festival is the annual grand festival of Leura， a small town in the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales.
Leura has a reputation as a flower town. As the most important event， Leura Gardens Festival comes every spring （in late September or early October）， the festival usually lasts for six days - two long weekends running. Attracting tens of thousands of people to this literary and artistic small town to enjoy flowers， the quiet and peaceful small town suddenly become crowded， busy and lively.
During the Leura Gardens Festival， in addition to visiting the Everglades Historic House and Gardens which is the most famous garden of Leura to enjoy the fantastic view of the valley， the blue bollgrass woodland， lawns， flower-filled terraces， pools and fountains， there are also dozens of private gardens around the town， all of them open to public during the festifal， and even if you just walk causally in the small town， the cherry-trees-coverd main street is full of flying flowers， all the residential houses have a beautiful garden， the small town is full of color everywhere， all of those makes tourists ecstasy.
In addition， during the Flower Festival， there is a dedicated commuter bus shuttle between gardens. People can also enjoy art and music performances as well as the bustling roadside bazaars.
