Introduction

GUNDAGAI HISTORICAL MUSEUM is located in the small town of Gundagai., southeast of New South Wales.

GUNDAGAI HISTORICAL MUSEUM records the history of the Gundagai region, including cultural relics, pictures, archives and so on of the pioneers of life and jungle bandits, two of which are particularly striking among the dazzling collections. Insignia owners for the Willard Jolie (Wiradjuri) clan, Arie (Yarri) and Jack (Jacky), saved many lives during the Great Flood of 1852 and won the badge for it. The museum's collection also includes a "T" Ford, agricultural machinery, vans, equipment, clothing, coins, stamps, household items and other interesting items from the 19th to the early 20th century.

Managed entirely by enthusiastic volunteers, the museum has a guest message book, leaving a nostalgic taste of the museum's visitors over the years.
