Introduction

Glow Worm Tunnel (Glow Worm Tunnel, (also known as Firefly Cave) is located north of (Blue Mountains) in New South Wales, about 20 kilometers by car from Lithgow and about 65 kilometers by car from Katumba (Katoomba), the core town of Blue Mountain. About 165km from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales.

Glow Worm Tunnel was once a mine, abandoned and seized by fireflies, making it a paradise for these sparkling little ones. The tourist center in Lithgow town offers free maps and information on various tours, crossing the rainforest north from Lisigo. Travel 45 minutes or so, and from the parking point to the Glow Worm Tunnel is basically flat, the whole round trip is expected to be about 1 hour. Because it is the sand-stone road opened up between the rain and forest, it is suggested that all-over non-skid shoes should be covered, and the last section of Glow Worm Tunnel has a babbling brook, so the shoes can be better waterproof. At the same time, the tunnel is not seen in the five fingers, must remember to bring flashlights and other lighting tools. After entering the tunnel, when the natural light disappears, the zenith and both walls, especially the part near the stream, are full of fireflies and the scenery is spectacular and charming.
