Tumut is a small town in (Riverina region), southeast New South Wales, about 410km by car from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, and 190km from the Australian capital, Canberra.
The Rivarena region is Australia's second largest wine region after (Barossa Valley), South Australia's Barossa Valley.
