Shoalhaven Heads is a small town in (The City of Shoalhaven), East New South Wales, about 140km by car from Sydney, the capital of New South Wales, and about 60km from (Wollongong), the third largest city in New South Wales. It is about 15 kilometers by car from (Nowra), the town of Naula in Shawerhaven region.
Shoalhaven Heads is located at the entrance to (Shoalhaven River) of the Shawlhaven River, at the foot of the (Mount Coolangatta) hills of the Culungata Mountains, bordering (Seven Mile Beach National Park), a seven-mile beach national park, to the north of the town and the Shauer Heivan River to the south.
