The name of the bankrupt company is SM Project Developments., according to the Sydney Morning Frontier. As early as September last year, the company issued a bankruptcy notice and opened bankruptcy proceedings in November last year because it could not repay its A $ two hundred thousand debt.

On Tuesday, Federal Circuit Court Judge Justin Smith declared Mehajer bankrupt. At present, his real estate will be administered by the bankruptcy trustee. The legal fees for the application amount to A $20524, which will also be deducted from the proceeds from the property auction.
