A 25-year-old man who fell on an escalator in central Sydney early this morning is being treated at a hospital in Sydney.
Just after 1 a.m. monday, emergency workers were called to world square (World Square) on george street (George St).
The man was rushed to St. Vincent`s Hospital and is still being treated in the intensive care unit.
