Immigration Service introduces new rules for parents, spouses and student visas

According to the SBS, immigration authorities have announced changes in the way spouses, parents, and temporary work (international relations) visas will be submitted from Nov. 18, 2017. Applicants for these three categories of visas are no longer allowed to submit paper applications in person through immigration offices across Australia.

Since 18 November 2017, most temporary visa applicants and holders are required to comply with the following terms:

These provisions apply to most temporary visas, such as student visas, graduate temporary visas, temporary spouse visas, visitor visas, etc.
