Parliament in Perth was forced to spend A $400000 to build a new public toilet to meet the growing demand for an online celebrity attraction.

(Crawley Edge Boatshed), located four kilometers southwest of CBD, is popular with tourists and parliament (City of Perth) has decided to build a toilet here, Radio 7 reported.


"in the past few years, there have been more and more tourists in this area," parliament said at a recent meeting in Perth. "there are bus tourists and self-driving tourists who stop here to take pictures."

Perth has noticed that the nearest public toilets are 2.4 kilometers away, and the toilets in nearby restaurants have been crowded by tourists and have made complaints.

Perth City parliament disclosed that the cost of new public toilets is A $400000, and the cost of maintenance is A $20, 000 a year.
