Former Australian Prime Minister Tam Po (Malcolm Turnbull) sold his Canberra penthouse for A $2.5 million.

Before Tan Po was elected Prime Minister of Australia and moved to The Lodge, Canberra`s residence, he was known as Wentworth (Wentworth)., the Daily Mail reported. A congressman, he bought a penthouse in Kingston (Kingston) as a base for working in Canberra.

At the end of August, after a dramatic party election, Mr. Tan announced his withdrawal from politics. Mr. Tan and his wife then moved to New York, to live on the most coveted Upper West side of Manhattan.

It is understood that Tan Bao`s 3-dwelling penthouse is now on sale, with a bid of up to A $2.5 million. Real estate agents said it was one of Canberra`s finest penthouses, just eight minutes by car from the Capitol (Parliament House). The location of the apartment is also described as "one of the best waterfront areas in Canberra".

The penthouse, 400 square meters in area, contains two floors of space and the living room is open-ended.

If interested buyers, you can submit an offer by Oct. 11.
