Cruel! Kunzhou men beat dogs in broad daylight in the streets

 20 Feb 2019

Animal advocates posted online a video of a man attacking a dog in the streets of northern Queensland in broad daylight in the hope of catching him.

Today, (RSPCA), the Royal Society for Prevention of Animal abuse in Kunzhou, posted the video on the fb website, and it hit tens of thousands of views in a few hours.

Video shows a man beating and kicking and throwing a dog in Green Street, North Mackay, Feb. 13. It is not clear whether the dog belongs to a man.

At last the puppy ran away, but no one knew what happened next. There was another man next to the assailant, but he did not stop it.

"RSPCA called on insider report to help identify the man with information about the man," RSPCA said on fb.

Netizens see this period of time is also quite angry.

"I was trembling with anger." One netizen wrote.

"I wish I hadn`t ordered it." Another wrote.

"how could anyone do such a thing to an animal?" One netizen said.

RSPCA speaker Michael Beatty, Queensland, said he was shocked by the video. "personally, the video makes me nervous, I mean, it feels like the attack has been going on for a long time."

"the problem is that the man attacked the dog for nothing. The dog didn`t mean to attack him, and he didn`t expect it to happen when he met the man."

According to the law, cruelty to animals is punishable by up to three years in prison or a fine of A $ two hundred and twenty thousand.

Kunzhou Police speaker said the police were not investigating the case and were handled by RSPCA.
